Check-in was a breeze, and our Standard King Room was clean and comfortable. The location is easy to find, with the bonus of fresh cookies at the front desk! However, the dining experience needs improvement, as the kitchen staff was rude—catering can make or break a stay. Just be wary of restaurant service!

Take advantage of the airport shuttle service, which runs early in the morning for your convenience.

the elevator buttons were half broken, not at all what I expected from a place like this, how hard is it to keep things working? plus, I thought a pricey room would at least include breakfast, but no, just more add-ons. would’ve been nice if I received an upgrade for my troubles, but alas, just couldn't.

Inconsistent housekeeping services could be improved!!! Guests reported issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Noise disturbances from outside can disrupt peaceful moments. Dining options are limited and could use more variety!!!

We enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff who were attentive and supportive. The cleaning crew kept everything spotless and there was enough parking for all our needs.

Unfortunately, the indoor heated pool was disappointingly cold, and the dining experience was marred by an unfriendly waitress who took a long time to serve our meals and got one order wrong. Some cleanliness issues also detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Plus, our Standard King Room was quiet and clean, making for a peaceful retreat after our culinary adventures nearby. The front desk even had fresh cookies waiting, which was the cherry on top of our check-in.

While we loved the food, the breakfast wasn't included and was an extra cost—which felt a bit cheeky, right? Also, our second stay's cleanliness had some ladybug visitors and unclaimed boxer shorts hanging around.
